Overview

Cricket Trump Card is a mobile game developed by Audroit Ventures. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the app and its third-party services may process, why it is processed, and your rights regarding your information.

Data We Process

• Display Names & Local Data: When you start the game, we ask you to enter a display name. This name is used to address you in-game and identify you in multiplayer rooms. We do not require, support, or create persistent user accounts. Your display name is tied to an anonymous device ID.
• Advertising Data: To keep the game free, we partner with third-party ad networks (Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and InMobi). These networks may collect specific device information, including your IP address, Android Advertising ID (AAID), device model, and operating system version, to serve ads based on your device settings and region.
• Analytics & Diagnostics: We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect aggregated usage events (such as screens viewed), crash logs, and general device telemetry. This helps us fix bugs and improve the game. No precise location data is collected.

How We Use Data

• To operate the game and enable multiplayer synchronization.
• To analyze app performance, monitor stability, and fix crashes.
• To display advertisements.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, which process data under their own privacy policies:

Data Storage & International Transfers

Data processed by our third-party service providers is stored on their secure servers. This means your data, including anonymous identifiers and IP addresses, may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your country of residence.

Data Retention & Deletion

Audroit Ventures does not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on our own developer servers. Because we do not hold your data directly, we do not process manual data deletion requests. Your in-game display name and anonymous device ID are stored locally on your device and synced with Firebase for gameplay.

• To erase your local data: You can clear your display name, reset your anonymous ID, and remove locally stored game data by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the game.
• Third-Party Data: Please note that uninstalling the app removes your local data, but diagnostic, analytics, and advertising data previously collected by third-party providers remains subject to their respective data retention policies.

Regional Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you have specific rights regarding your data:

• Opt-out of Targeted Ads: You can limit or opt-out of ad tracking and personalized advertising at any time by navigating to your device's privacy settings and resetting or deleting your Advertising ID.
• Data Access and Erasure: You can exercise your right to erasure for locally stored game data by uninstalling the app. For data already collected by third-party networks, those requests are governed by the privacy and retention policies of those respective services.

Children’s Privacy

Cricket Trump Card is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not store any user data on our own developer servers, we cannot remotely delete user profiles. If you are a parent or guardian and wish to remove the local game data or display name your child may have entered, you can do so by uninstalling the app from their device. Please note that data previously collected by third-party services (such as analytics and advertising networks) is subject to their respective data retention policies.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards and rely on trusted, industry-standard cloud providers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
